Guest House Facilities:

Smoking:
Please note that it is illegal for you to smoke on these premises (or any public places). If you do smoke you are kindly asked to do so outside for the safety and comfort of others. Also please note that the smoke detectors are highly sensitive.

Drinks from the Bar:
Fancy a drink in your room? Just pop down to our bar for individual drinks or bottles of wine.
Please note that no food or drink other than that purchased on the premises is to be consumed in the rooms. The management reserve the right to charge corkage for any wines not purchased from the guest house's bar.

Hairdryers/Clock Radio/ Irons:
A hairdryer and clock radio are provided in your room for your use. Iron and ironing board avaiable at reception.

Televisions:

Are provided in all rooms. We do request that all guests respect the fact that other guests may be asleep and so keepvolume levels to a minimum after 10.00p.m. We would also request that late returning guests also respect this.

Checking Out:

Please check out by 10.30 a.m. Paying any outstanding balances at reception and leaving us your room key.

E-mail and Internet:

£1.50 per 20 min logon available at reception. Wireless internet available through ground floor.

Packed Lunches:
Need to be ordered the night before - £3.75 (Drink not included).

Drinks:
Flasks of tea or coffee are available (we do not supply flasks)
£1.35 small £1.95 large.
Tea and coffee are available to guests served in the bar at £1.25 per person.

Laundry:

£5.00 for medium sized bag washed and dried only.
