Please read the booking conditions very carefully. All bookings are made subject to these conditions. No variation of these booking conditions is allowed unless agreed by the Guest House in writing. These conditions cover bookings made for all services provided by Guest House. You are advised to take out insurance to cover any charges that may result if you have to cancel your booking.

A contract is made between us subject to these conditions as soon as the Guest House either orally, electronically, or in writing, state that you're booking is confirmed. The Guest House reserves the right to refuse a booking or to cancel a booking subject to the conditions set out below. The Guest House contract is with the person or company that makes the booking, this will not always be the person or people who use the Guest House and it's services as a result of that booking.

Deposit and balance payment

A deposit of £20.00 per person is required upon booking.

The balance is due for payment upon departure from the Guest House. The Guest House reserves the right to request full payment prior to the acceptance of a booking or prior to the provision of any services.

Cancellation of the booking by you

For bookings for accommodation - deposit is non refundable but is transferable.

Should you have to cancel your booking within 2 weeks of arrival date, a charge may be made calculated as a percentage of the total booking value.

Cancellation or alteration of the booking by us

In the event of circumstances beyond the Guest House's control, we reserve the right to vary the prices quoted to an extent that reflects such changed circumstances.

The Guest House reserves the right to cancel a booking:

• At any time prior or on the booked date if it considers that the guests are not fit to be received, or if full payment in advance is not made when requested.
• At any time prior to the receipt of deposit and/or written confirmation.

Damage to guest house property

The Guest house reserves the right to charge the person or company that made the booking for loss or damage to Guest House property, that is not due to normal wear and tear, resulting from that booking.
